We are currently working to get our GaAs on Silicon technology to the market. Last year we achieved a technological break-through in which the quality of our materials reached a level that allows their use in products.
COMPANY
Intopto was established in 2003 to commercialize III-V lasersensor technology that came from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. These sensors were produced for a number of years until it was decided to refocus our effort on developing new solar cell technology.
COOPERATION
Our expertise in optoelectronics and its applications goes back to 1996. Development and research has been done through partnering with several universities and companies during the last 28 years.
